This page explains how to delete data stored or processed by the Work Scheduler app, including local device data and inquiry data sent to the developer.
1. Delete data stored in the app
Users can delete locally stored projects, tasks, recurrence rules, task status, reminder settings, language settings, theme settings, and haptic settings through Settings > Data backup/restore > Reset data.
Users can also delete local data by clearing the app's storage in the operating system app settings or by uninstalling the app.
※ Local data is deleted immediately when reset. It cannot be restored unless the user has a separate backup file.
2. Delete backup files
JSON backup files created by the backup feature are stored in a device location or sharing destination selected by the user. Users must delete those files directly from their file manager, cloud app, or shared storage location.
3. Request deletion of inquiry data sent to the developer
If a user wants to delete inquiry content or contact information submitted through the developer contact / bug report feature, the user can send a deletion request to the contact address below.
4. Information to include in a deletion request
* App name: Work Scheduler
* Identifying information: Contact information entered at submission time, or identifiable inquiry title/content
* Request: Details of the deletion request
5. Scope of deleted or retained data
The app does not provide account registration or login accounts, so there is no account data to delete.
Local data can be reset directly by the user. Inquiry messages, bug report details, and reply contact information sent to the developer will be deleted after the request is verified.
Advertising-related data processed by third-party SDKs such as Google AdMob is managed under each provider's policies and the user's device advertising settings.
6. Processing timeline
Inquiry data deletion requests will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once deletion is complete, a confirmation will be sent to your email address.
