This policy explains how the Work Scheduler app handles personal data, local app data, advertising SDK data, feedback submissions, retention, deletion, and contact requests.
1. Personal data processed
The app does not provide account registration, login accounts, or server synchronization. It does not require collection of personal information such as name, date of birth, address, or phone number.
If a user submits a developer inquiry, bug report, or improvement request, the app may process the inquiry category, title, message, optional reply contact information, app name, and submission time as needed to respond.
Google AdMob SDK may be used to display ads. In that process, Google may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate usage information, or other data necessary to operate Google advertising services under Google policies.
2. Data stored on the device
Projects, tasks, recurrence rules, task status, reminder settings, language settings, theme settings, and haptic settings entered or selected by the user are stored in local storage on the user's device.
If the backup feature is used, a JSON backup file may be created in a location selected by the user. The user is responsible for storing, sharing, and deleting that backup file.
3. Purpose of use
* To review and respond to user inquiries, bug reports, and improvement requests
* To analyze app issues and improve service quality
* To display ads and operate advertising services
* To respond to abuse, spam inquiries, and security threats
4. External services and third-party SDKs
The app may use Google AdMob to display banner ads. Information processed by the advertising SDK is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and advertising policies.
The app may use a public holiday API to display holiday information. These requests do not include the user's projects, tasks, or personal work data.
The developer feedback API sends user-entered content only when the user explicitly submits an inquiry.
5. Retention and deletion
Data submitted through the inquiry feature may be retained for the period necessary to process the inquiry and improve the service. If a deletion request is received, identifiable data will be deleted without undue delay where technically possible.
Data stored on the device can be deleted by the user through the app's data reset feature, the operating system's app data deletion feature, or by uninstalling the app.
6. Third-party disclosure
The app does not sell or arbitrarily disclose users' personal data to third parties. Data is not provided externally except where required by law or with the user's explicit consent.
7. Contact and rights requests
Requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or other privacy inquiries can be sent to the email address below.
